Huntress searches the warehouse and finds Karros, murdered. She tells Kris that it will be okay, even though she has her doubts. Apparently, Kris had the same doubts and flees into the night. This is one time, Huntress wishes she hadn’t gotten involved.
Sometimes stories aren’t great, but their value is they can leave behind interesting characters. I wonder whatever happened to Kris. I imagine Huntress does as well.
